Why have you chosen to apply to BDO and pursue a career within the specialism you are applying to? (250 Words)

As the fifth top accounting company in world, I wish to become one of your team member. your globalisation plan is especially attracted me, because I notice that in recent years, as firm developed, more and more clients will be diverse in the world, especially in China and Hong Kong, you hired about 8000 employees in Asian areas and became the second branches after 2012, Thus I can predict that Asian area will become your major business in the future. I'm a Chinese, I can understand how Asian work, their habits and culture. The most important is Language, as being a native speaker, I can communicate with them efficiently.  Base on these points, I believe I can work better than those who are not Asian or not proficient with Mandarin.  Hence, I might build more relationships between Chinese companies and yours to make co-operations.  And I prefer to work in an international company, this assists me to accumulate enough working experience with different people from different countries and understand how to work efficient with them. This would be more helpful with my career develop in the future. I'm good at Mathematics, Finance and Accounting, Being an auditor would match what I learned in university and my intern working experience. Also audit is a much challenge vacancy for me, because I never done it before, but I love challenge, thus I have enough confidence to overcome any problem would meet after I getting this job

How are your personal values aligned to those of BDO, and how will this support you? (250 words)

I believe that my personal value would aligned those of BDO. Your company has 4 core values. The first one is honesty and integrity which implied that people and business need trust. From my personal experience, I studied abroad when I was young, during this time, be honesty for myself and others is my first rule which match this value. The second value is mutual support and respect. This value shows that we need to respect people and work efficiently when work together, which build a greater working environment. Hence the company can deliver better services to the client. During these academic years, I have many group works. I learned how to build relationship between different people in different areas, including respect and help people. The third value is professional and personal client relationship, being professional on business implies understanding the client’s needs and requirements, this increase customer loyalty and company credit. I like providing substantially help, but the first is understanding what they truly need.  I assisted and communicate efficiently Chinese who first study abroad, and their feedback is good. Last value is empowerment and personal responsibility, I like to take responsibility to every client and their business, also I prefer to share different approaches to the client or business, this would be more important than only using one way to do the business, because every client or business has different situations, we need to base on the reality to make different approaches to treat our clients and business.
