1. Rationale

The lives of students are attached to a newer dimension of exchange of information through technological advancements. It is inevitable to avoid these modes for better communication and sharing. In fact, incorporating it may help us unlock new doors for diversifying the way of conveyance, in cross-cultures and norms. We are in the so-called “21st century” where everyone are considered “digital citizens” because they become curious through the screens of their phones and laptops. Now, most prefer the new way of getting news and be updated. It is more catchy and interactive to hold a gadget than reading a bulky newspaper or going to posts for memos and announcement. Convenience is always a priority for mass media and transmission will be in ease if ICT (Information and Communication Technology) are taken into consideration.

1. Objectives

1. To engage students in sharing their thoughts and suggestions relating the school concerns and inquiries
2. To incorporate ICT-related methods in promoting integrity and social responsibility through exchange of online views, opinions, and other concerns about social issues in school.
3. To strengthen the communication between the CIC-CRR and the whole student body and open other concerns regarding promoting integrity and social responsibility in the campus.

1. Project Description

1. Promoting Integrity- “Integram and Twittegrity Thoughts”

A part of an SRCCian’s way of life are social media accounts that plays a big factor in building up their characters and makes them aware of what are the latest trends and issues that are breaking the Internet. The two applications, Twitter and Instagram, are just two of the few apps that can be potential platforms in promoting integrity. In Twitter, the CIC-CCR can make a twitter account which tweets about integrity and shares quoted tweets related. On the other hand, we will use Instagram to share posters and photos relating integrity. IG Story can be utilized as well to continuously update them.
