When closing the deal the employee should have strategies to make a double sale in one customer and build a relationship that the customer will patronize the product and refer the business with others.

The employee should do the inventory before and after the business operates.

The owner must also be present with his employee because there’s a chance that the employee has forgotten to list the sales because of series of customers buying tacos and to able to know if the employee has always checking the change of customers.
