Me: “So Georgia, have you ever done anything for charity before.”
Georgia: “Yes I’ve had to swim a lot before.”
Me: “What are you hoping to achieve from this challenge, for both the charity and yourself?”
Georgia:” For myself, the belief that I can do something for a really long time, and for charity, mainly to just raise awareness.”
Me: “What has made you want to support this particular charity, are there any emotional or personal reasons?”
Georgia: “There are no personal reasons, but I know what it’s like to have someone with a disease that could kill them, as my dad had cancer when I was one.”
Me: “What have you done in preparation for this event?”
Georgia:” I’ve been down to the gym and on the rowing machine for ages!”
Me: “Have you ever done this particular event before?”
Georgia:” I’ve done, put in small periods of time, but never for as long as I have to do it for.”
Me: “What’s your motivation?”
Georgia: “Just to raise money and awareness for charity.”
Me: “Do you feel confident about completing the challenge?”
Georgia: “I feel confident that I’m going to complete it because I’m going to be with my family and my best friend.”
Me: “What are you looking forward to after the event?”
Georgia: “I’m looking forward to the BBQ!”
Me: “Do you think that you’ll get involved in something like this again?”
