Vietnam’s economy recorded a high growth rate of 6.3 percent in 2017. With a stable political environment, low labor or operating cost, stable growing-economy, Vietnam is considered as attractive destination for both foreign investor to participate in the economy and more and more FDI come to Vietnam nowadays.
However, when doing business in a market like Vietnam, foreign companies might be face with many issues in corruption, distribution, international licensing. Therefore, it is very important to choose reliable intermediaries in Vietnam who understand the environment, legal and procedure to support these operations. Several large multi-national companies dominate the industry while many smaller (are often more specialized) firms occupy their market niches for local clients. Currently, Vietnam is lack of local consulting company with on-the-ground experience combined with international best practices.
