Goals

Goals and aspirations are the foundation of a successful and fruitful life. For this reason, I have strived to set firm goals for my own life. They continually remind me to keep focused, motivate me to excel, and allow me to maintain a balanced daily life. Without stated and understood goals, it is virtually impossible to be efficient and organized. Additionally, knowing what future goals I have gives me the ability to carry out tasks with confidence and flair. Hence, I have responded to this great need by making specific goals for my career and personal life.
My immediate goals are concerned primarily with career preparation. Currently I work in the real estate industry as an escrow assistant. I ensure all details related to sales transactions are accurate, assist with the processing of all paperwork associated with escrow closings, real estate contracts, deeds, titles, and closing statements. Plus, I usually help audit closed files. I plan to continue working hard and learning from my escrow officer so that one day I will be prepared to be an officer myself and facilitate the sale of property by receiving, holding, and transferring funds, deeds, and other legal papers in accordance with agreements made between buyers and sellers for my own clients.
My most important and on going long term goal is to be the best mother I can to my wonderful daughter. I strive to always set the best example I can for her in hopes of always giving her the best opportunities at being a kind, caring and respectful person. I want to always give her the means to experience life to its fullest. Like I always tell her, “You work hard, you play hard!” I will work on being patient and more understanding with her, I know she is still learning and with that process comes bumps in the road and mistakes.
