On the 5th of January, US president Obama had a speech about his new strategy to curb gun violence in America, which has initiated a global discussion on the gun control in United states. So would gun control work in United States, can it make US a safer country?

As everyone knows, United states has the highest number of crimes that related to guns. According to a five-year data from centers for disease control, the annual average death number from gunshot is 32,964. In an average day, 91 people are died by guns in america.
