After a Class discussion on guns in America, and all the news and statistics out there, I don't think that the average American should own or be able to possess any type of firearm. There are few exceptions being Police Officers and other law enforcement individuals. The Constitutions states we have the right to bear arms but that was written well over 200 years ago, and those who wrote and signed it, if they only could see the United States today, I'm sure it would have never been written. These people may be very honest and law abiding citizens but, there is just too many people dieing in the United States everyday from all kinds of situations from accidental shootings to kids blowing away there class mates.
