Harmful of the Fast Food

Fast food has become most choices of the generation recently. We can find the fast food outlet anywhere and the food that provided are fast, cheap, many choices and delicious. Fast food has become top choices for those who are busy and young generational. In short, I agree that fast food should have a health warning like cigarettes.
First, fast food should have a health warning because the junk food have high in salt, sugar and fat content. The content that have in fast food will lead to heart disease and obesity if we overtake. So we don’t prefer to eat too much fast food especially children. Therefore, fast food should put a warning label to give awareness to everyone, especially parents take care their children’s health.
Next, health warning should label on because we can know that we are overtaking the calories per day by eating fast food. Consumers are confused about labels because sugar and salt levels are often not labelled accurately.It would be great if fast food highlighting the sugar content and put the quantity and nutritional info per pack size. Thus, health warning will cause consumers to consider before buying fast food.
Lastly, health warning by fast food can give information to consumers on what there are having. Fast food outlet should give more detailed information about what goes into their products. For example, like ingredients and food sources, and its possible effects on the health of consumers. Consumers have a right to know whether a food contains contain antiseptic, antioxidant or a food pigment that can lead to cancer. Hence, consumers will think twice before buy the fast food if health warning label are put.
In conclusion, it is the right of consumers, whether they want to continue to eat fast food. However, fast food should have a health warning like cigarette because the first wealth is health. The warning label will give awareness to consumers the disadvantage of having fast food.
