"Holding Out For a Hero"

If you think President Bush has made an impact during his two four-year terms, your right, he has. In fact, he has made such an impact that 63% of polled surveyors are completely unsatisfied with his period in office. These 63% used to be a 54% of polled surveyors who were satisfied back in March 2005 with his presidency. Over eight months, President Bush had proven to decline the satisfaction rate of polled Americans. Bush has made such a horrific impact on the American life, that fifty-eight percent of Florida voters polled said they probably or definitely would not vote for the governor Jeb Bush who is considering running in 2008's presidential race. This 43rd President has been the cause of many American downfalls.

The first and most recent downfall is Hurricane Katrina. With our technology and intelligence today, who in their right mind, let alone, our President, would not be prepared for such a chaotic, life-changing disaster? Not to mention, former head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency under Department of Homeland Security was none other than Michael Brown, a good friend of President Bush. Yet, another failed attempt to be a much needed hero in this country. Despite the fact that Brown said limited resources and a lack of cooperation from state and local officials hampered FEMA, it was days before the general public received help. President Bush's poor judgment has done nothing but slow down the process of the success in this country.

What about those weapons of mass destruction that Saddam Hussein most indefinitely has? America has been waiting to those much talked about weapons of mass destruction that Saddam had in his possession. December 13, 2003 marks the date when U.S. troops captured Hussein. Almost two years later, and America is still waiting for a big reason why our serving brothers, sisters, cousins, and friends are waking up everyday with the pledge of
