This article is about African American black males who are living on the down low. In the article it states that African American represent 12 percent of the population but represent more that half of newly reported cases of HIV/AIDS in America. The infection occurs and is spread through bisexual black men and they then spread it to African American females who are 19 times more likely to contract the HIV/AIDS virus than white woman. The reason why African Americans account for more than half of the newly reported HIV/AIDS cases is because bisexual black males are having unprotected sex with men and then conceal the fact and go on to have unprotected sex with women. The article tales about how white America share the same prejudice against males on the down low, for example, the former governor of New Jersey Gov. Research says that if you are going to have sex, protected or unprotected
