Holes

How could dig a hole would give you character? It's unnecessary to dig holes to build up character in any people. In this case the unlucky Yelnats confronts this situation in the story being in the wrong place at the wrong time. There is something that this young kid never forgot; it was his fate that helped him to get over with the situation.

When Yelnats got arrested all his family blamed the bad luck that left his grand grand father, when all that happened was by destiny. Being in a camp digging a hole a day five feet diameter five feet deep is no respected punishment. That why curiosity wake up in Yelnats and make him thought that there was a treasure in any where of the dried lake. He never lost his fate and learned how to put face into situation that the other campers involved him.

Friendship is very important in the story because having a friend during a hard time in life really helps to never loose you from your dream; as well to never loose fate. Even thought that every day they had to do the same thing these young boys still wanted to follow their dreams to get out of Lake Camp. As a result they finally achieved this goal during the camp even thought that Yelnats was innocent but he helped all the campers and teach them a valuable lesson to never loose their fate.

To conclude even thought that Yelnat was innocent he fight for the truth and never lost his fate. As a result he finally gets out of Lake Camp and helped his friend.
