From the beginning of my Career Studies Class I have really improved in all my skills, especially in handling many task at one time, meaning that when ever the teacher told us to write the terms of whatever chapter we are doing on the other hand, she also gives us some kind of sheet work and tells us to hand it in at the end of class so this thing have really improved my skill of working effectively and honestly. I have really recognized what my strengths are by doing the types of work in class for example, I have developed my journal writing strengths, meaning my grammar, punctuation and spelling etc. Also, I realized that how good an artist I am by doing the work like timeline, pursuing my dream (poem), bumper sticker etc in class. The most important thing that I have developed in this class is my knowledge by doing the tasks like making resume, cover letter, reading abbreviations, timeline, making long-term, short-term goals and choices assignment etc. All of these things helped me to build up my information for my career for example, by knowing how to read abbreviations will help me to find jobs in classified ads.

The things that you need to learn at school that could impact your future career; first is to be thinking about your skills and interests and the kind of education, training and experience you need to end up in a field. In your wildest dreams, you might see yourself as an astronaut or a movie star. Perhaps a brain surgeon but your dreams are not out of reach if you develop a career plan and follow it. Find out your interest: sports, games, music, arts, drama etc. Find what you're good at: working with your hands, solving puzzles, cooking, computers, cars etc. Find your personality traits: quiet or outgoing, detail oriented or big-picture thinker etc. Research the fields and occupations that appeal to you, and then find out about the educational requirements, salary, working conditions and future outlook.
