Additionally with passage of time we being human acknowledged the balance approach towards private property and family. The ERGON purpose of life was work, jobs and skills. Than ERGONER built houses, safeties and then ARETE learn how to struggle for excellence of abilities. Are we still in ERGONER state or if not so did we achieve the ARETE?

  1. Knowledge is the only thing to become VIRTUOUS and VIRTUE is necessary to attain the happiness. Self knowledge strive us to attain an examined life and we realize our true self as human. Mostly we think and judge humans with our automatic processing and do harm to each other intentionally but most of the time person is not able to differentiate the wrong from right because our definition   of wrong could be the right for that person. Therefore it is the sate of one’s mind and soul which determine the quality of one’s life.

Science, law and Human Resource Management

  1.  We are also the reflection of our own Emotional, Chemical and Electrical reactions. What we eat and think we just act as an input we are nothing just a processor as per science researches.

  1.  Science proved that Chemical signals transfer from mother to child. Women’s psychological state effect the emotional state of babies. There is only one sense is ON while baby is in the womb “listening” and baby is able to learn and absorb language in last ten weeks. Brains do not wait for outside of life. Brain work and absorb information.
  1. “Babies can be depressed they depends on the mother’s emotional consistency because fetus can strongly sense the psychological state of a mother. we believe that the human fetus is an active participant in its own development and is collecting information for life after birth” Patrica and Sandman (PhD authors)
  1. The minimum age for criminal act vary country to country. It is self evidence that toddlers cannot break the criminal laws because they lack the maturity to understand the concept. The courts draw a line that defendant’s age between 10 and 13 must know the difference between the right and wrong. A report by the “Centre of Crime and Justice” studies at Kings College London warned that “A court appearance can confirm an adolescent’s deviant identity both in their own eyes and those of others, thereby extending rather than curbing a delinquent career”.
  1. Therefore the information a child carry in his mind built his emotional capabilities to understand the world around him / her. The same individual could add a value or add the venom to the organization and society.
