The internet is a practical tool for students,businessmen,and others to use for entertainments and communications purposes around the worlds for past decades.It gives us convenience and efficiency to use.The way of internet usage could differ from one another.Some of them might need to use the internet vastly for work or rely on social networking sites to keep in touch with far away family and friends.However,spending too much time online becomes a serious major issue when it absorbs a lot of our time and influences our daily lifestyle.Most netizens excessively go online to watch the latest movies,dramas and animations.They also overly spend their time playing online games,gambling and online shopping owing to peer influences.Due to the exposure,it has become an addiction for most.This essay presents the effects and suggest solutions for internet addiction.

There are a great diversity of adverse consequences about internet addiction.Most netizens tend to be over engrossed with the cyber world and forgotten the reality,They would choose to escape reality to find their comfort zone in cyber world.Besides that,spending too much time on internet will affect their work performance,and they will be neglecting other important responsibilities.Many youngsters stay long hours chatting,gambling and playing online games with friends.As a result,youngsters may be tired in the class and play truant.Moreover,it can also result in bankruptcy,especially if netizens involve in online gambling,gaming and shopping.Furthermore,most people might also isolate themselves from their real world friends and family members,not spending time with them.As a consequence,they could lose their real world friends.In addition,internet addiction will result in emotional problems like lack of sleep which affects concentration,eventually causing depression,anxiety and all that.Poor fitness and irregular eating habits will lead to some serious illnesses and chronic diseases such as muscle-aches,headaches,weight gain or loss and even blur to strained vision.The radiation from the technological devices enters directly into eyes can cause blindness if not handle it right away.
