As a company, we need to be able to work together, to think of new ideas and create great, up to date products that our customers will be happy with. Below is the new plan, which is to be put into effect immediately, to help facilitate the new changes to the way we work and do business.

The following plan includes my vision of how this department should operate within the company. Teamwork is the key component that is going to turn this department around. We will learn to work as a team and among separate teams. Competition is good and we should always strive to be the best of the best because that is what you will become, the best of the best. America was not created by one person; it was created by a group of people, a team, striving for one cause, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Tasks will be delegated according to the knowledge and expertise of each team. If a task is delegated that a team is unsure of, we will learn it. It is the responsibility of the team and each of its members to learn what they need to know to meet the goals assigned to them.

Communication is also a very important factor in this mix. We must be able to communicate with one another. As I mentioned before, competition is good and is the only way to become the best. However, to become the best there needs to be communication. One thing to remember is that this is not a war. We must all work together to accomplish the goals at hand. The only way to do this is to communicate with

each other. Share you ideas, voice your opinions, discuss ways to get the job done and then develop the plan to make it happen.
