Ireland is an unforgettable country in northwest Europe slightly larger than West Virginia (“Ireland” factbook). Also known for its rich culture and tourism. It is the place to be with a total of 5,557,000 tourists that entered Ireland in 1997, which is a lot for a small country with a growing population. But there’s more then history there’s also great music extravagant foods grasping sports and wonderful places to visit and in this paper you should learn about all there is to know on the country of Ireland and watch out “The Irish don't know what they want and are prepared to fight to the death to get it (“Sidney Littlewood” Quotes).
Well maybe your wondering what there is to do in such a small country. It might be a wee bit small but there are tons of things to do. Like you can go and have a romantic evening with the blarney stone of course. This great wall of rock has the вЂ?Gift of the Gab’ or the eternal gift of eloquence to who ever kisses it (“Tourism” Blarney Stone). There’s also fun but heart-stopping experiences in Ireland one known as the Old Irish Linen Mill were a Irish linen worker young in age named Helena Blunden tragically died after falling in Belfast mill to this day (“Ghost” Mill Ghost). Or does it? Well your just going to have to figure that one out your self. As you can see there are fun things to do in this wee little country. Now you just have to go out and experience them because I know your thinking about it aren’t you well if not maybe.
Just maybe the sports alone will pull you in with the vicious elaborate athletics. For instance, rugby which is 90% football and 10% soccer. Widely known in Ireland for its sensational competitiveness. This Is played with fifteen members on two opposing teams that have to get the ball to there goal on the other side of the field without blocking or passing the ball forward only tackling the player running with the ball (“Rugby” How to). This game will have you jumping out of your seat in excitement. Another sport you might want to see is Gaelic football being the most widespread sport in Ireland described as a mixture of soccer and rugby with a total of fifteen players on each team. The objective of this game is to get the ball to the counter side of the field in the goal while only taking an interval of four steps until having to hand-pass or kick the ball to another player (“Football” How to). I recommend you see this with your own eyes. Being about the two most popular sports Ireland there really good ways to get you heart pumping.
