Well I could not wait to write my review because it is a disappointment I just got one for Christmas. My son asked me what I wanted a couple of years ago, so I surprised her with the JBL 2. It sounded so great. I went and looked at reviews, and even listened to one at Best Buy. I thought this was better JBL 4 than the 2. I don't know if the sound was muff folded at Best Buy or just the songs they had for you to listen to. It is noisy at the store but this is louder than the JBL 2 and it lost its bass it is a clearer sound but I am considering returning but I hate to because my son gave it to me.

I am very unhappy with this purchase. I took the JBL Charge 3 out of the box, connected it to my iPhone 6 plus via Bluetooth and it never played clear from the very start. Extremely fuzzy, could not lower or raise the volume sounded very distorted. I am still trying to return the product, purchased it during business travel to Chicago, returned to the USVI and unable to get Best Buy to provide me with details for returning this product. Called the store the very next day of purchase and was told that Corporate should deal with it. Finally got a hold of Corporate after waiting 45 minutes, spoke to someone explained the situation and was placed on hold for another 30 minutes. Very frustrated at this point and just want my money back!

This review is helpful because it’s one of the longer reviews to tell people how they felt about the product. They also chose some specs they wanted to say was good about the product. Giving an opinion about the product you’re talking about is always good to see whether I want to buy the product. Also saying that you would recommend this to a friend is helpful to people who are in the market of buying a speaker.
Original Review:
Audio speakers have a purpose of outputting audio at a greater volume than the original device. As a consumer, it is important to invest in a product that provides the best performance. The audio company JBL is recognized for manufacturing a popular product known as the Charge 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker. With a purpose of delivering quality sound coupled with high performance, the Charge 3 is without a doubt a worthy investment.
While searching for a speaker that is suitable for events where multiple people come together, a friend of mine informed me about the JBL Charge 3. She mentioned the product’s high-quality sound at an affordable price. The product maintains high and low pitches at crisp sound with the advantage of not distorting during the higher frequencies. The speaker is also known for its incredible bass which makes the product truly shine in genres filled with lower frequencies, particularly hip-hop.
Aesthetically, the Charge 3 packs powerful sound at an impressive size. Lengthwise, the speaker is slightly longer than the average smartphone at about 8 inches. At such a pocketable size, an important aspect to note is the size of the battery. The Charge 3 packs a 6000mAH battery that is capable of a performance between 16 and 20 hours depending on volume. With a battery of this size, it is mandatory to charge the product for about 4 to 4.5 hours before use for a full charge.
The Charge 3 has another pro of being water resistant. This aspect increases the utility of the product. With the ability of being used in locations consisting of a lot of water, the Charge 3 is suitable for trips to the beach, waterpark or even family gatherings at the pool. Personally, I often tend to use the speaker while I am cleaning. With the water-resistant aspect of the product, I am comfortable with carrying it around wet places like the bathroom when I clean.
