INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Today, we are faced with sophisticated business techniques and equally sophisticated public consumers. We should be creative to be able to cope up with the dynamic business world, introduce innovation to create new consumer need for our business interest that blazed new paths for progress.
In the Philippines, population continues to grow where products and services supply and demand follow. Satisfaction of every customer's need and want is the primary concern of every business enterprises. In line with this, we chose the proposed project that will provide the customers preference in different variant of coffee.
The proposed project feasibility study aimed to provide and nutritious product to prospective customers.
Objectives of the Study
The main goal of this study is to come up with a business fully based on research. Also, to come up with a certain venture that would help not only individuals but also the entire economy with its contribution in employment and tax remittance. The goal is to uplift the lifestyle of few Filipinos and at the same way, introducing a diversified product for a specific range of market.
Scope and Limitations of the Study
The study focuses on different business aspects such as the marketing, technical, financial, management, and socio-economic aspect. The proposed business will cater to the people in Balibago Complex, Sta. Rosa, Laguna particularly the employees from the companies and other establishments around the vicinity- from Techno Park, most especially those who visit Walter Mart, Paseo De Sta.Rosa, Novali.Less than a year is needed for the project to start its operation, and at the moment, the researchers are still in the process of preparing the project feasibility study. Uncontrollable factors such as time constraints, accessibility and confidentiality of information may affect the study of the researchers.
Significance of the Study
Apparently, there is a great competition in the market today most especially in the food industry, and for this reason, it is better to come up with an innovative food product. This study is significant to people who are budget and time conscious. Primarily, this study is a help that will serve as a guidelines to obstacles that could be encountered prior and during the establishment of a business. This study could also be a help to future researchers having similar kind of venture. In a broader view, the proposed project aims to improve the standard of living particularly to Filipinos by increasing employment, added remittance of taxes to the government, and reduce exportation for us to fully utilize the product of our own.

REVIEW LITERATURE
Today, coffee is one of the most popular beverages worldwide. Coffee can be prepared and presented in a variety of ways. Coffee is often consumed alongside (or instead of) breakfast by many at home. It is also often served after a meal, often with an after-dinner mint, in a restaurant or dinner party. Most widely known as coffeehouses or cafés, establishments serving prepared coffee or other hot beverages have existed for over five hundred years. Young and old people drinks coffee. There is the innovation of coffee such as the ampalaya coffee and now we introduce to you the innovated malunggay coffee, known as Horseradish Tree in English (Moringa Olifeira), this tree is native to India but has spread to other tropical regions; in the Philippines, it grows rapidly and with ease in nearly every backyard when desired.
Malunggay or Moringa Olifeira is a very common vegetable in the Philippines that is usually planted or grown in the backyard or front yard. It's one of the most common vegetable served in a common Filipino family table mixed with other favorite Filipino dish. This vegetable is also a favorite of lactating mothers as it is believed to give the mothers more milk.
However, aside from the above Malunggay have more health benefits than we can ever think of. Initial studies in Africa and Nicaragua found out that Malunggay is rich in disease fighting nutrients and is filled with essential amino acids to prevent protein malnutrition.
Malunggay is a miracle vegetable and an excellent source of Vitamin A&B, calcium and iron. It also promotes god eyesight, digestion, facilitates bowel movements and may help relieve stomach aches. It also prevents the onset of arthritis, cancer, and heart and kidney disease. Other health benefits include:anti-aging ,lower cholesterol ,balance the metabolism ,enhances memory ,antioxidant ,strengthens immune system ,brain nerve tonic ,improves mental alertness ,enhances nerve tissue .

Product Description
The name of the business is "MORINGA OELIFERA COFFEE" which was derived from the two of the major raw materials used in making the different offered products - the malunggay and coffee. Malunggay leaves was once considered a "poor man's vegetables" but now it is known as a "miracle tree" or "nature's medicine cabinet" by scientists and health care workers from around the world because it is loaded with vitamins and minerals that can be an effective remedy against many kinds of ailments. The product being developed and will be served to the market is a coffee that can capture the attention of many people and will cater to their cravings on cappuccino. It has a different twist in its way of being presented in the market. Combining malunggay leaves and flavors at the same time with a unique style of packaging and ambiance will surely tickle the curiosity of the customers. Malunggay coffee is not just about coffee but it is more on unique that provide different health benefits.
