ACTIVITY A

  • Does the physical atmosphere support the image of the company?

- Yes it supports the image of the company. As we all know savory is a classic restaurant, with their atmosphere that is kind of old and very classic it shows that their theme is very relevant to what their company want to show to us. It is also clean but then when my group mate ate his food there’s a plastic on his food. But that case wasn’t report to them. But my group mate put the plastic beside his plate so that the servers could see it and hopes that next it won’t happen again. The employees in that particular restaurant are not smiling, and they don’t greet our group mates when they arrived there, that is offending us, and do we look like we can’t afford their foods? I hope I could frankly tell to them that next time greet us and smile, welcome us to your respective restaurant.

  • Does it communicate to prospective customers and existing customers?

-Yes it does, because what they do or what customer see’s is a very big affect to their company, what if someone is going to ask you out to eat and then you had this past bad experience to their restaurant, do you think they’ll still go to that place? No. Because, everything that customer sees and hear it is passed to the other customer so it does communicate.

ACTIVITY B

  • Does each location portray the same brand image?

-Yes and no. Yes because the 1st location and 2nd location is both neat and clean. They had this picture an old picture a big one that is posted in their wall. No, because 1st location is very different from the 2nd location 1st location the servers, crew there doesn’t greet and smile while in the 2nd location it’s vice versa. 1st location looks old, and the 2nd is new because SMCSM was built last May 2015. The tables and chairs are different, the way of serving is different 2nd location they smile when they serve, and the aircon in the 2nd location is too cold but in the 1st location is fine not too cold not too hot.
