This assignment is indeed an important task for us, as this assignment helps us to know better about how a company manages their records with electronic record system. This assignment also helps us to have practical learning instead of just learning theories in the class.

Business Nature
The KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR Expressway) linking Kuala Lumpur at Templer's Park in the district of Gombak with the township of Ijok in the district of Kuala Selangor on the West coast of the peninsula was opened on Thursday 23 June 2011. The 33 km dual carriageway expressway is the alternative link road to the present Jalan Sungai Buloh - Kuala Selangor (Federal Road 54). Now opened, LATAR Expressway provides for a faster, safer, smoother and non-congested drive that would take just a brief 18 minutes to accomplish from end-to-end. Commuters will find easy access, convenience and connectivity to the many communities and townships along the LATAR Expressway. The LATAR Expressway features four interchanges and three toll plazas on each side of the expressway. The four interchanges give faster and easy access into the existing Guthrie Corridor Expressway, PLUS North-South Expressway and the future West Coast Highway.
History of LATAR Expressway
LATAR Expressway are opened to the public last June 23, it completes 75 percent target construction Kuala Lumpur Outer Ring Road (KLORR) as an alternative route in the Klang Valley than the Middle Ring Road Two (MRR2) which has now reached its maximum capacity and are packed with vehicles. LATAR Expressway was aim 60,000 vehicles a day and will pass through and it is expected to increase by an average traffic increase of five per cent per annum for the next 10 years. The background also connected with other major highways Guthrie Highway, West Coast Highway Plus and linking Banting in Selangor and Taiping, Perak, when completed.
Characterized by a modern highway built, it features a variety of amenities including 17 closed circuit television (CCTV) to monitor all areas, six detection system crash, 30 emergency phone locations (available in every two kilometers), the system visual message signs (VMS) and two rest and recreation (R & R) of Greenwood East and West. It also includes the management of intelligent transport systems (ITS), which oversees all movement on the highway because we are aware security is the most critical aspect in the use of the highway. The LATAR Expressway was ready with Background Expert team, 24-hour surveillance measures are supervised through a centralized communication in complex operations in Smart Heights as a precautionary measure in case of emergency along the alignment.
The LATAR Expressway consumers pay at the plaza without having to pick up the tickets. The management background to welcome people who want to try the experience of driving on the highway recently. The maximum speed limit was set at 110 kilometers per hour at a distance of 27 kilometers. Meanwhile, the vote on the highway Metroplus found the situation was still quiet and not many vehicles pass by occasionally appear cars and trucks in both directions to their destinations. In addition, cleaning and maintenance work in several areas such as R & R in both directions underway contractors to provide comfort to the user after it was officially opened to the public.

The Business is conformed to all safety and relevant, statutory requirements in providing a safe, comfortable and predictable travelling passage.
