Le Bakers is a small business which will cater for the food industry. It will specialise in baked goods and will offer café style drinks. The potential of this business lies in its ability to grow through different avenues. These possibilities include offering catering to events, baking and making wedding cakes or cakes for special occasions and opening in more locations across state or nationwide. There is a huge potential market to be tapped into.

Le Bakers is a newly developing small Australian business which began in 2015. It caters in the food industry. The business has many goals it strives to achieve through its universal vision and missions. These goals are financial, personal and social. The business strives to become a leading member in the food industry through its quality products that meet the standards of its customers. The number one priority of Le Bakers is its customers and satisfying their needs and wants through its products. Le Bakers pursues various avenues which include catering, delivery, wedding cakes, cakes for events such as christenings, birthdays etc as well as café style drinks. This gives Le Bakers a competitive advantage and expands the business. The products are homemade, fresh and use only the finest sourced ingredients. The business strives to open more locations across Australia as Le Bakers continues to satisfy its customers’ needs and wants.
BUSINESS NAME AND LOGO
The business name was derived from French ethnicity. The French were known for their pastries and desserts and Le Bakers wants to be known for the same reason. The name also associates itself with the function and the product of the business so the customer immediately knows what the business is about and the product it offers.
The logo is designed to inform the customer of the business and the product it offers whilst also appealing to the customer and therefore attracting a wider customer base. The chef’s hat is an internationally known bakery sign which allows for a greater recognition of Le Bakers.
