Autumn is a wonderful season that only comes once a year. Colors, Halloween and the weather make it my favorite season. It's a season full of color, and beauty that I wish I could capture all year long. Autumn is the season during which most crops are harvested, and trees lose their leaves. It's a time full of festivals, carnivals, and sugared sweets.
It seems that every where I look there is another color to grab my attention. There are brilliant shades of reds, oranges, and bright yellows that seem to paint the ground. The brisk wind that twirls and twists the bright leaves around, mesmerize me into their beauty.
The weather is brisk, sunny, and refreshing. The winds and morning dew bring a fresh scent into the air with skies of light blue that darkens to a pearly grey. It is also the season where days rapidly get shorter and cooler, and the nights get longer because it's the transition from summer to winter, since this season gives us the first taste of cooler air after a steamy summer, the plants begin to change in appearance and soon the wildlife will change as well. Summer is gone, and the chill of winter is on the horizon.
Along with its beauty this season brings to us holidays that we share with our beloveds. Halloween with all of its spookiness and tradition has its own unique and special feel. The bright orange jack-o-lanterns have an eerie glow in them. The thought of ghosts and ghouls cloud your mind through every second of walking down a foggy street or looking at an old dark cemetery. The bare trees that once looked beautiful with color now look spine-tingling with there spidery branches. But throughout all of this there are still memories of trick or treating with your family on that night as a little kid.
Autumn is in my opinion the most vibrant, enjoyable season there is due to the foliage, the weather and Halloween. Each one being unique and special in there own way. The beauty of the foliage with
