Yukika sits silently on the swing, starring at the lone start that breaks through the virgin darkness of the winter night. She slows the light to pass through her eyes and enter her mind, where the true memories lie, and where he will always remain. She reflects back to the times they shared, the love they embraced and the frustration they endured...
It was the new year of 2005 when she first met him. No choirs sang, no fireworks went off but she felt like nothing in the world existed but him. "Erm... maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night," as he replied weakly. "C'mon and pack all your things now or else you're going to miss the flight~"
Paris was wonderful! Yukika's French was a disaster, although she studied French for 5 years. But since Rowen hardly spoken a word of French, he thought that she was excellent.
Romance was in the air everywhere they went. They boated on the Seine across the Lena Bridge, walked along the Trocadero Gardens, drank coffee at sidewalks cafes, and finally visited the famous Eiffel Tower.
