To be cognizant of a person's general well being you must first understand their needs which relates to the mouth or genitals. Such as needs (Physiological), food, or the requirement of oxygen, and (Interpersonal), such as gentleness, Intimacy the need to close to or love by someone, to have someone in your life that you can be close to relate to and just have a continued relationship with intimacy does not involve sex it does involve personal feelings that is why most people who are intimate confuse it with sex, but lust is the one that involves sex lust is not a true feeling it is just what it implies most people who lust do not want relationships they are only after what they can get from the other person usually involves sex once that has been performed there's no meat to go any further with that person so the relationship, so the relationship never came to be or ever will.
