'MAKE THE CHANGE'

Event Overview
- Music Concert with the John Butler Trio and Ball Park Music Performing 8.30-9.30
- Triple J will be broadcasting the concert live on radio, reaching an additional audience.
- Environmentally friendly food vendors, selling meals produced from local and organic ingredients to educated about making smarter food choices for the environment.
- There will be an Eco-Info Zone where there will be interactive activities for attendees to learn more about the environment.
- To gain access to the event, a competition will be run where the person must complete a series of environmental questions (5) and then come up with a creative or innovative idea way to help climate change (in less than 50 Words). (We should give examples).
To win the tickets, you must get all the questions correct. We have software that will automatically send through to us the submissions with all 5 questions correct. It is only then, we sit down and read the creative idea to help climate change. The way this will be done, is the submissions received first will get top priority, and we will choose the first 250 that we deem to be creative, who will receive 2 tickets each. This will save time incase of thousands of entries. Entries are limited to one per person. - Target Market of 16-30 Year old Male and Females.
'A Green Event'
- There will be solar panels installed on the venue a week prior to the event to gather the required power to run the event.
- All plates and cups necessary for the serving of food will be biodegradable.
- Shirts will be available for purchase at the event with all profits going to WWF. The shirts will be made from organic cotton and soy-based ink used. (I will show the Earth Hour shirt I have bought as an example. We will get good marks for creativity and visuals)
