The product is called Sunrise Sensations. This particular product is a flavored carbonated energy drink with the ingredients of Red Bull but the nutrition of an instant breakfast drink. It is a low calorie no sugar full of vitamins and herbs energy drink. This is a specialty product containing the key ingredients to give you a boost of energy but also containing nutritional factors that are designed to improve your health. Sunrise Sensations is directed toward people that want a healthy energy drink. Its loaded with herbal extracts and low calories.
Price
Each can contains 250ml (8.4 oz). Selling Price is for a case of 12 @ $26.99 or $2.25 per can. Price is based on competitive products such as Red Bull which is only $1.99 a can or $23.99 for a case of 12. Most energy drinks are around $2 dollars. Our price goes for a little more then $2 dollars because it shows that the quality of the product is worth the price more. This drink does more for your body and provides more as a product thus the price is equalivant to its value.
Branding
The branding strategy for this product must have these four components Primary Target Customer, Competition, Product, Service Mix and Unique Selling Proposition. Branding is the process that creates a unique identity that differentiates you from the competition. Sunrise Sensations unique selling proposition is that this drink provides the energy of a Red Bull but the nutrition of a healthy morning smoothie. We want to be able to deliver the message clearly that this drink is healthy; we want to be able to confirm our creditability, connect to our target prospects, motivate the buyer and obtain user loyalty. We also want to keep in mind the marketing conditions witch are the barriers that could keep our product from achieving success. These conditions include competition, timing, financing, location and lack of demand. We have to be able to be prepared for these conditions.
Target Market
The Primary target customer is women between the ages of 24-45. As they are on their way out the door whether being off to their job or to start their morning or afternoon
