1. General Environmental Analysis

a. A well accomplished environmental analysis require a lot of effort to look at many factors, both internal and external through the SWOT analysis. This typical analysis is a good start while getting the foundation for future growth. At A clean first impression the leadership team will keep up with these factors as the company grows.

The technological forces are likely to influence strategic decision making?

a. Technology will enable a clean first impression to present videos of how our cleaning business work, we will also trained employees how to clean. A first clean impression will use all natural products that will be made from house hold products. My company will use radio, television, and flyers to reach potential customers. We will utilize the internet to help promote the business

2. Industry Analysis

a. What is the nature of the competition?

The cleaning industry provides several different services. Our company will use cleaning and janitorial services, we will not venture into upholstery cleaning. There are large and small cleaning companies, We are a small company and we are not restricting ourselves to just residential cleaning as most small cleaning business have done. A first clean impression will require just a few employees with specialized skills. Since the economic depression the cleaning industry took a hit like most American companies, but the health care industry played a major role in keeping the cleaning industry profitable. Some competitors like Jani- King, system 4 and Jan Pro is an example of a common window cleaning franchise. A first clean impression will be on top of our competitors by offering raffles, a choice of service unlike my competitors.

3. Market Analysis

a. Who are your organization's primary customers? To what extent are the customers loyal to the organization's products and services?

As the number of elderly Americans increased, there is a greater need for cleaning services. So they will be primary customers, along with upper class and middle class residents, another primary customer will be commercial cleaning like; move-in move-out apartments, new construction and bidding for city contracts.

B. Internal Environmental Analysis

1. Evaluation of the mission:

A first clean impression is dedicated to providing the excellent cleaning services for our commercial and residential cleaning client's needs, sticking closely with potential customers, taking customers' expectations to a new level and taking a pro-active approach in identifying their needs and creating the best possible partnership. Our company is committed to performing services with honesty and integrity at all times and in all aspects of the business. Demonstrating professionalism in completing jobs, also providing a consistent high quality work standards.

The client's needs come first in order for the business to thrive. The workers of a first clean impression will clean homes and businesses with a price structure contingent on the square foot and what is actually needed.
