ABSTRACT
Mayonnaise and soya milk made as a hair treatment, mayonnaise is rich in protein that helps reconstruct and strengthen hair strands. It is a stable emulsion of oil, egg yolk, and either vinegar or lemon juice- with many options for embellishment with other herbs and spices.
Proteins and lecithin in egg yolk serve as emulsifiers in mayonnaise. An egg is a free alternative that is available for vegans and other who want to avoid animal product and cholesterol.
Soya milk is a plant – based drink produced: soaking dried soy beans, grinding them in water, boiling the mixtures, and filtering out the residues. It is a traditional staple of East Asian cuisine. Soy milk is a stable emulsion of oil, water and protein. The researchers also used green tea (cream) because it is a good source of polyphenols, vitamin C vitamin E that are helpful in stimulating hair growth and softening one’s hair.
