McBride has lots of goals that they are trying to achieve at the moment. One of the downfalls of the company is the fact that they only do business in five states; however they are providing state of the art technology. They would get more business if they were nationwide or even world wide. They are putting a limit on the amount of revenue they can bring in, which is a huge disadvantage for the company. McBride actually has chance to meet one of their goals of becoming more profitable, if they widen the geographical area in which they service customers.

McBride also needs to open the doors to more individuals because putting restrictions on the three areas they are focusing on is also putting a restriction on the increasing of their revenue. The areas they are focusing on are great; normally these are the groups that possess a better or a steady flow of income or have the need for this type of business/service. The benefits are great because the consumers don't have to pay for services separately and get confused on what was already included with the package. Also, some are not knowledgeable enough to hire the correct individuals to perform the jobs at hand. So McBride is taking a lot off their customer hands by handling those arrangements. Most often, these groups are too busy to wait for longer periods to handle this type of business. McBride is off to a good start, but could still use a little touching up.
