Media Connect Advertising currently requires a General Manager with minimum 5 years of work experience in the same position. The position requires necessary qualification in Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Preference will be given to those with exceptional computer and managerial skills. He should be well versed with strategic decision making and coordinating the various activities of all the departments (Finance, Search Engine Marketing, Creative Content, Client Servicing, Human Resource, Web and Design).
Perks and Requisites of joining MeCon range from health insurance, education, accommodation in a well furnished four bedroom flat to luncheon vouchers at reputed restaurants and gym membership. However, the company doesn’t provide for maternity or sick leave, maternity leave and gives only a standard Friday off.
