Through the analysis of three suppliers, we think that Mark Mueller should choose the Caltek Inc who will supply for sourcing of the rubber vent houses. There are some reasons why they should select it:
Firstly, to bring more profit for the company we should look the price of the suppliers. When we compare the price between Caltek, AutoParts and Electroparts, it is not difficult to see that the price of Caltek will obviously cheaper than others. Because of the price of Autoparts is lowest, while the price of Electroparts higher than Autoparts by 10% and the price of Caltek was compare with Autoparts. In addition, Caltek’s Inc was recommended by Darrell Bonds who is a product engineer and Mark Lechter who is Metalcraft’s Corporate Supplier Development (SD) manager.
