Why was the Mexican revolution necessary First to understand stand why the mexican revolution was necessary we need to see why it was started in the first please. The Mexican Revolution started in 1910, when liberals and intellectuals began to challenge the regime of dictator Porfirio Díaz, who had been in power since 1877, a term of 34 years called El Porfiriato, violating the principles and ideals of the Mexican Constitution of 1857. But the main case of the Revolution was brought on by, among other factors tremendous disagreement among the Mexican people over the dictatorship of President Porfirio Díaz who told all to stayed in office for thirty one years. On 1911 March 6 francisco madero forces attacks federal garrison at Casa Grandes and driven off with 100 out of 800 followers killed. To understand who francisco madero is, he was a Mexican statesman, writer, and revolutionary who served as the 33rd president of Mexico from 1911 until his assassination in 1913. Madero joined by other local leaders, including a 32 year old local bandit Doroteo Arango, better known as Pancho Villa. Villa's men were mostly miners from the north. His men were known as the dorados 'golden ones' because of their golden hued uniforms they rode into battle crying out Viva Villa ! Viva la Revolucion ! Famous for their cavalry charges, often led by Villa himself. On Nov 6, 1911 Madero wins the presidential election and takes oath of the office. Slow to take action on land reform ,insisting the hacienda owners be paid for the land lost and loses liberal support. Also criticised by conservatives as being anti-business. Madero levies tax on oil companies to pay for education, angering American ambassador Henry Lane Wilson who was an American diplomat. Pascual Orozco was a Mexican revolutionary leader who rose up with Francisco I. Madero in the late 1910 to depose Porfirio Díaz. Sixteen months later he would revolted against Madero’s government and ultimately sided with the coup d'état that deposed Madero once an ally of Villa, raises a well equipped army of 6,000 in the north, supported by powerful hacienda landowners. He planned to march on Mexico City. Madero turns to Gen.Victoriano Huerta to deal with Orozco.

1912 Feb 15 Gen. Juvencio Robles begins a terror campaign against Zapatistas, burning several Zapatista towns letter Orozco rises against Madero. Orozco rebels load train with explosives and rams it into a train full of federal soldiers at Rellano station Huerta orders the execution of Pancho Villa for Villa then resends order. Soon after Huerta defeats Orozco, forcing him to flee Mexico into the US. On Feb 22 1913 Madero was assassination, Huerta government claims that one of his bodyguards were forced to shoot Madero and the Vice President José María Pino Suárez, during a failed rescue attempt by Madero's supporters. In reality Huerta ordered the assassination on Madero. Huerta turns to Madero's brother Gustavo a participant in the Mexican Revolution against Porfirio Díaz along with other members of his wealthy family. over to Diaz's men, who murder him, Huerta's regime harsher and more brutal than Diaz's Huerta jails more than 110 members of Congress. 100 Madero supporters are executed the press, which had been free under Madero, is again gagged as it was in Diaz's time. Felix Diaz is shipped off to Japan on a diplomatic mission, Huerta is supported by conservatives, the Catholic Church (which lost land and power in the last century after the french revolution) and the American business community. All males between 15 and 40 were obliged to serve in the army in areas under Huerta's
