In every business project, the research team will face some challenges. Team A experienced a few challenges while observing Hillary Urgent Care and Trump Emergency Department. The team wanted to find out what effect the waiting time in both facilities had on the satisfaction of the customers. Research and data were collected. Conducting research is an integral part of being any project. Team A conducted a two-part research project where a sampling data collective plan was performed, descriptive statistics and interpretation were found for the variables of the research question, and an inferential statistics test was also conducted to test the independent and dependent variables of the project. The team experienced challenges including: choosing the right topic, the right methodology, staying motivated, and dealing with the data collected (Walden, 2010).
Sometimes in research choosing the right topic can be a challenge. It's crucial and needs to be chosen carefully to ensure the proper information will be available. Reading articles about the topic, choosing a doable topic, input from all members in team, and making sure interesting helps minimize this challenge.
Input from all members of the team will also help with the challenge of staying motivated and working on your plan. Once the topic has been selected, all members of the team are researching with passion and purpose. Monitoring your attitude helps with motivation as well. There is a great amount of data to collect which can be frustrating. During this process, it is important to stay positive and focused. Another tool that can be used to stay motivated is to ask for help. Sharing your data, ideas, and goals can minimize many challenges that happen in business research (Walden, 2010).
We use statistical tools to help understand data. The methodology of statistics is very important. The data collected and the way our minds interpret the data can be very challenging. We can use probability theory or sampling theory in statistics to
