A gap between firms wants and expects of stakeholders in emergence of new public issue as of child labor in IKEA is known as performance expct gap Company faces many public issues, some of them are emerged for long term, others emerged suddenly and some are predictable while others are unexpected. Mix of people’s opinion, attitudes, and beliefs. Risk-Issues that firm do not anticipate, plan for effectively can hurt. Opportunity-understanding and responding to changing expectation is important.
