Most of the problems in life stem from one cause: we can't get ourselves to take some type of action. Whether it's changing our diet and working out or taking a risk and going back to school, actions stand between where we are and where we want to be.

As you already know, it's not that we don't know what to do - the answers to what we need to do are all around us. The problem is getting ourselves to follow through and do it.

So what's the problem? Why don't we simply get up and go? As you know, it's not that easy.
