During the course of the last five weeks, I have learned a great many things. One of which is the listing of copper in daily foods. I was astonished to learn and find out how much copper is in seafood and many other foods that I adore. A second important issue that I found out is eat in many doses thru ought the day rather than eating a big meal in one sitting, along with not eating after five or six at night to allow the body to fully digest the last meal. Lastly, I learned that eating what my mother has always said and done growing up, the fact of eating greens and a balanced meal at the proper times of the day are essential to a well balance energy, mood, and attitude. Utilizing the food journal has really awakened my eyes to the fact that the food I was eating is not the foods I thought they were. I thought I was getting some of the nutritional value when in fact I was not. The knowledge of learned the fact that the microwave is not a good heating source for food and should not be used when ever possible.

The need to reduce ones body weight by about eight Percent would be extremely beneficial to ones long-term health, happiness and over all well-being. The plan to do this is to change ones life style in many ways. First, the need to get up early and eat a balance meal such as, eggs, whole wheat bread, fruits or something along those lines is a great start. Second I would like to get a little more exercise, I am not able to a lot of the recommended exercises due to my current health issues, joining a gym or facility with a pool is probably a the only thing I can really do. Walking, weight training, or any thing involving impact would most definitely cause a reaction to the condition of austio-authoritis and cause the joints to swell and cause great discomfort is not a solutions that works best for me. The need find an exercise or activity that allows someone to do something that gets the blood pumping with out the impact or jarring to the body or joints.
