Whether you're looking for a gig or other musicians, sign up for MRS today. And if you're living in LA, be sure to come by the Registrar's Office and apply for an Alumni Pass so you can keep using the library and practice facilities on weekends. We're always here to help - visit again soon!

Alberto Rizzo Schettino (KIT) sends this update: "1. Oversea Orchestra just released a new CD, Rock In Classic. I've been working side-by-side with the conductor, writing scores, charts, and preparing them for the musicians and conductor himself. The record features original and cover tunes, and the orchestra plays famous pop/rock songs in a classical style. Lots of famous cats in there! It's been exhausting work but also absolutely constructive for learning about scoring, arranging and collaborations between musicians in the ensemble"...
Matt Battle (GIT) writes to say "I graduated from the Bachelor's Progam in 1999 and have been working ever since as a professional musician. Currently, I am producing singers and music for television (The Tom Joyner Show on ABC) and commercials, as well as performing throughout the US with such acts as Heatwave, Wayne Foster Entertainment, Friends of Distinction, and Barbara Lewis, Harold Melvin's Blue Notes and the Intruders. In 2005, my original band Soul Traffic won a Los Angeles Music Award for "Best Live Performance". For more info, check out Matt's website...
