Music and Its Relationship to Me.

You see a girl sobbing so hard you can't hear her actually crying, and she's looking up with her wet eyes and holding her arms up in the air. You can only imagine what is wrong with her. I can tell you what's wrong with her, Music. This is what music does to people and I love it for that. Music makes people feel good inside so much that it might even hurt. In this essay I will talk about music; how it makes you feel, why, and why I love music in all forms. Music can make you feel great. The lyrics can mesmerize you, or just the beat, or maybe the rhythm. Lyrics are sometimes the most important and recognizable part of a song. But lyrics can be good or bad. Music plays a very important role in my life. I cannot do anything without music. Whenever I go, whenever I do, I always listen music. Most of the time, music helps me to work. For example, when I cook or clean the house, I always listen music.

When I was a little girl, my grandmother always sang me a slow song before I went to sleep. Sometimes it was just a melody, but I could not go to sleep without that nice lullaby sound. My grandmother rocked me almost every night, and I got use to going to sleep with music, that's why now when I am almost twenty years old, I always go to sleep with music. I turn on my favorite radio station, 94.7 FM, or a CD that I enjoy the most, Enigma, and only than I go to sleep.

When I was eight years old, my parents brought me to the dance studio. I fell in love with dancing, and of course there would not be any dancing without music. When we made a new dance, first, we listened different music and than decided either it would be a slow or a fast dance. Sometimes we chose a melody without words, but usually we picked a melody with words. The dance we made usually corresponded with the main idea of the song. For example, when my choreographer chose a song where two people fell in love with each other and than broke up or separated, we as dancers tried to illustrate all feelings, passion and emotions through the dance.
