Executive Summary
Total Healthcare Solutions, LLC (THS) was formed in 2007 as a multi-disciplined health care company that provides health care related products and services to the residents of the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. THS is owned 100% by founder and CEO Christopher Isaacs and currently employs nine (9) individuals. The THS mission statement and slogan is clear and concise; “Total Healthcare Solutions, Putting the CARE back into Health care”. THS is a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with areas of certification including management consulting and medical supplies. THS currently holds two DC Supply Schedule contracts for Medical Supplies and Industrial Supplies. THS’ biggest customer to date has been the District of Columbia as we have several contracts currently in place for products and services. For example on the service side, THS currently has a professional services contract with the Department of Disability Determination. On the products side, THS provides medical supplies to several city agencies including DC Fire/EMS Department, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, DC Department of Corrections and United Medical Center. THS has several lines of business and all are complimentary to executing this proposal. Our main business lines/core competencies include Doctors Medical Supply, Complete Care Medical Center (CCMC), and THS Consulting.
Doctors Medical Supply (DMS) is the durable medical equipment division of THS, LLC in which we are a provider enrolled in the District of Columbia’s fee-for-service Medicaid program, DMS has been a DME provider in the District of Columbia for six (6) years. Additionally DMS is enrolled in Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield fee-for-service programs.
