These two myths are both creation myths, although the Chelan myth shows some origin myth. The two myths that were found were a Chelan myth and a apache myth.
Both myths read have some form of a creator or creators in them. In the Chelan myth, the creator made everything except humans. He left that up to the animals. In the Apache myth they have about five creators, and everything just was made and leads to another thing or appeared, but it all lead back to the creators doing. Also in the Apache myth, one of the creators was a female so they can't think all that little of women.
The animals are the main points in the creation myths, in the Chelan myth the humans were created by animals by the will of the creator. Yet in the
Apache myth the humans and animals help form the world, but they appear at almost the same times.
They both cover the myth of how humans were made. In the Chelan myth, it was a very long and complex process the animals had to do. The orders were, after the specified amount of time passes, they need to murder the beaver. They had to cut him up into twelve parts and each designated animal took of with a piece of the beaver and blew it up, thus creating the human. Each part of the beaver eventually turned into one of the twelve clans of Chelan. The humans in the Apache myth were just randomly found under the shell of a tortoise. They had no hair, finger toes, eyes, nose, mouth etc. so the female creator built a sweat house. When the sweat of gods combined with the power of the thunder gods they were blessed with all the parts that we have today. They found one boy and two girls; they were eventually given very special roles in running the world.
The creators in these specific myths and completely different, One seems as if he's lazy and cares little about his animals. As apposed to the creators in the Apache myth, who obviously cared a lot to fool proof the world before they left. The creators in the apache myth met each other in complete nothingness that the universe once
