The button or handle of the toilet is the threshold only when pulled completely to begin the process, because it is ready. The soma of a toilet is the flap that allows water to actually do the flushing action, and stop flushing action. The whirlpool is when the depolarization occurs, because the resting water flows. Action potential is the flowing water that is passed down the inside of the toilet, or also known as the axon. The Myelin sheath is the actual toilet itself, the outside, because it is protecting everything on the inside. The synapse of the toilet is when all the water goes to the ocean or the place at which water is to filtered
Resting potential is the water that already is sitting in the toilet. When using a toilet you either do not flush the toilet, or you flush the toilet, because there is no way a toilet can be halfway flushed, so that is relation to the all or none principle. The toilet cannot flush on it’s own, and needs a trigger, this trigger is the threshold. Once the handle or button is pressed there is no going back. Then, depolarization, would be in relation to a toilet at the moment the handle or button is pressed fully down, and the water starts to flow from the tank to the bowl, which means this is a change from the resting state to a flowing state. The flowing state then begins to becomes a whirlpool, or action potential, this whirlpool action creates the force that makes the toilet flush. A toilet uses drains to direct its wastes to the ocean or drop off point, which is the direction of impulse just like we send neurotransmitters to another neuron not into an unknown space. The absolute refractory period on the toilet happens when the bowl is being filled up but once it is full, it also has to fill up the tank just like the neuron. The soma is the small part in the toilet that blocks and unblocks the new water hole. Once all have been done, it sits back at the beginning starting with
