This poem entitled by Robert William emphasizes that obesity is a problem we all need to tackle for both health and financial reasons. Obesity is a problem that affects virtually every person on the planet. Everyone knows someone who is overweight or they themselves are overweight. With obesity on the rise there are more and more children becoming overweight. Obesity in children causes a wide range of serious complications, and increases the risk of premature illness. So today ladies and gentleman I am going to encourage you in keeping your child from becoming obese by discussing the main causes of obesity in children, then look at associated diseases that come from obesity, and finally tip off with some tips to help your child stay fit.
Let's begin by looking at the causes of obesity in children. The main cause of obese children is "the Parents". Parents may think that there involved in there child's life, but are actually not monitoring their child's food intake and daily exercise. Some 93 percent of the parents felt that junk food continues to play a strong role in childhood obesity issues. Clearly, the food industry needs to respond to changing eating patterns in a more health-conscious way. Some other causes to child hood obesity are genetics.
