Changning area is one of the highly populated area in Shanghai, with many schools, hospitals, offices and public places. Distribution of bikes in this area is quiet simple. The reason is people moving to the same places and sometimes our trucks don’t need to place bicycles.

2. Which techniques do you use to forecast bike usage.
