THE SOVEREIGNITY OF CHECK REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA.
Research by Aspram Israyelyan
Sovereignty is one the most important features of the state power, which characterizes the political nature of state.
In order to be a sovereign, state must have:
1. Clearly defined territory with a single external border.
2. Permanent population.
3. Governmental supremacy.
4. Own currency.
5. An army.
If we take a look at the countries of European Union, for instance Check Republic, we will notice that it has a common border with countries from European Union, whereas the countries of African Union, for example Tanzania, have a clearly defined territory with a single external border.
Migration and immigration has become common in the territory of European Union. The statistics data estimated that the population change in Check Republic from 2015 to 2018 increases only for 4 %. In addition to that the population of Tanzania in 2018 has increased up to 59.09 million; in 2014 it was 50.8 million. An increase in the population makes it more permanent.
In Check Republic European law is above the state law. What does it mean? The government in Check Republic can’t accept laws without discussing it with the other states of the European Union. Besides, they must accept everything which is acceptable for the other countries of the EU. It shows that government, which is led by Prime-Minister in Check Republic, is not independent. The situation is different in the Republic of Tanzania. It is a one party dominate state where the president is the head of the country and all important decisions are made by him.
