While I visit the Harbison Footaction store what I saw was a disaster area with both shoes and clothes everywhere throughout the store. Some of the things that the managers should pay close attention to is the shoes and clothes. You want to make sure that all shoes and clothes are separated from each other by gender and even by the age groups. Make sure that you have enough staff to help run registers and enough to help out around the store to help customer. Also make sure that the store is kept in good condition meaning the apparel is kept off the floor and that apparel is put back in the appropriate places so that it is easy for the next customer to view.
Every store has its ups and downs, so in this paragraph I will discuss the strengths that I saw in the store as a customer. The location was a great strength because it is located in a well known part of Columbia in a very busy area where there is a lot of traffic flow. They have great prices for families that are not as fortunate as other families. The customer service is great as well, as you walk in you have an employee greeting you at the door once you walk in. While you are in the store you can just see the employees helping the customers at all times. One of the biggest strengths is seeing all the customers flowing in heavily when there is a sale going on, because that’s when the store gets really busy.
