Organizing a team building camp or motivational camp is one of the best ways that a company can do to motivate, give experiences, give self-confidence among all the sales people in the company. Not only that, the sales people will gain more knowledge about the company product and services, and the solutions for every problems that a customer will face.

On the first day of the camp, the participants will be divided into groups and they will be in and with the group until the end of the camp. They are divided into few groups because there are activities which required teamwork. One of the team activities will be the human knot. This activity required each teams or groups to form a circle, then every each one of the group put their left hand in the middle, and hold hand someone in the circle but not directly next to them. After that each group must use teamwork to unravel themselves into a circle again without having disconnected. This activity will ensure the participants to be patient and work together as a team to solve any problems that they are facing.

In the evening, there will be a workshop given to the candidates. The workshop will be conducted by a professional sales person. Throughout the workshop, the participants will learn on how to focus own energy by creating motivating and challenging sales goals, to stay focus, to organize own sales territory to maximize productivity, to organize own file system to stay in control of the information, to analyze and assess relationship with every key person in the territory, to assess a customer’s personality style quickly and accurately,to successful deal with any kind of customers and prospects, and to understand customers in a deeper way than any of the competitors.
