Reflection of an individual's life is a significant part of the self. When we are sad, we always talk to ourselves or reflect on the past so as to assist us during difficulties and ease pain. It also helps us to develop self esteem, which acts as, a driving force in our lives. On the other hand, we often reinforce pleasure by talking of where we have come from when we are proud or happy of some accomplishment in life. Thus, the notion of the past in this situation refers to an individual's experiences, and cultural and family background. This experience can influence on how one perceives life or how one handles problems in life. The notion of the present indicates that life is influenced by the present situation as well as the past. Although the present life of an individual is more difficult to identify, motivational promotion and change of perspective of an individual's way of life can influence the past. Finally, future is a continuation of the present, that is the attitudes and the motivation of the past and the present which affects the way of life of an individual in the future. Thus in this paper, I shall reflect on my past, present, and future life by describing my past backgrounds.

Body

My family situation, if I remember while growing up, was extremely chaotic. It made me feel that life was unfair to some individuals. When I was young, my family was never perfect at then, and I always thought that my parents ruined my life in one way or another. I was one of the eight children and my parents had little time to devote to me individually. Because of the financial constraints that they were undergoing through, most of the time, they spent trying to earn enough to support us with their meager resources.
