Ð'* Public relations is the management function that establishes and maintains mutually beneficial relationships between an organization and the publics on whom its success or failure depends.

3. Difference between public relations and marketing

Ð'* Marketing is the focus on customers needs and wants and is the element of exchange

Ð'* PR is not exchange base function and PR people focus on stakeholders where marketers focus on customers
