Progress of my goals
At the beginning of the year when I filled out the CEI packet, I had so many things that I wanted to do and so many goals. One was baking major and the other ultra sound or a vet. At this point I have pretty much made up my mind and decided that I wanted to be an ultra sound tech and to exceed by taking internship at two different places. One place is Holy Cross Hospital for sonography, and the other is at Women’s Health Institute for pure ultra sound. So far the goals that I have been able to meet are enjoying my internship and being able to look at a picture and know what is in it. It’s the most amazing thing to see everything from babies to legs to stomachs it was a really good goal that I have reached in loving my internship as well as learning. They most difficult things to learn are to remember what has to do what and what angles that the ultra sound is being done. During my two internships I would not change a thing I enjoy everything and find it all interesting so I’m really happy with my decisions and would not change them for anything. During this new year of 2008 I expect to continue doing what I can to be successful in my future and be able to complete my dreams well the start of them anyways. Working towards my future in 08 is really important to me because I believe that I can make it and do anything I want to do on top of a job and cheerleading. My main goal that I want in 2008 has definitely to stick with my internship and apply for scholarships over the summer. I do hope to apply at CU boulder or NMSU or CNM. I hear different things but my intern recommends CNM, which I believe would be the best choice. Another main goal would have to be mentally and physically for the real world, step out on my own more than what I am doing at this moment. During this time in my life I really enjoy where I am at especially since I am pushing myself to the future,
